Our average price is up to $512,649 for the month which is similar to the last few months and the median price is at $420,006. 2355 single family homes have sold year to date, which represents an increase of 14%. 1029 apartments sold year to date, which represents an increase of 30%. 605 Townhouses have sold year to date, which is also an increase of 30%. 4595 total residential units combined have sold year to date, which represents an increase of 18%. 2361 combined residential units are currently for sale. The average price of the 1058 single family residential units currently for sale is $653,000.
Alberta's listings inventory has increased and the sales have cooled down some more to a more balanced market. Prices have dropped some but are still high compared to last year.
