The median price is at $424,090. Year to

which represents an increase of 15% over
last year. Year to date 1,119 apartments
sold, which represents an increase of
29%. Year to date 667 townhouses have
sold which is an increase of 28%. Year
to date 5,016 total residential units
combined have sold, which represents an
increase of 17%. There are 2,373
combined residential units currently for
sale.
