300 Homes SOLD! Second to a Record in Sept. 1992
We sold 300 homes in April making it one of the best months ever for Kelowna. We are now 11% ahead of last year for numbers of sales YTD and 2006 was our best year ever. The inventory is up to a total of 964 homes which is 27% higher than last year.  Our average price is at $455,997 for the month, 14% higher than last year. We are seeing a lot of activity and were personally involved in double and even triple offer situations.  We are receiving calls from all areas especially from Alberta and hearing their market is on fire running at 5-10% increases per month. Of course they love our climate at this time of the year. Vancouver and the Island are also both going strong.
