Highest January Sales Ever: 170 Homes
The average price is now higher than ever before at $437,146. This January 170 homes sold more than any January before.  The lowest month of homes sold since 1992 was 59 in December 2000. The best to beat is 312 from September 1992. The days to sell has increased up to 77, from 66 in December. Before it was down in the 50 range. Listings are up from last year's January, but are consistent with December 2006. Our sell to listing ratio increased again to over 22%. We are looking forward to a strong spring and great  2007!
