We are 4.8% higher in number of sales than in the same quarter for 2006.  The inventory is up to a total of 866 homes which is 20% higher than last year. Our strongest price range for single family homes is $300,000 to $500,000 which makes up for about 60% of our sales. Our average price is at $442,246 which is 18% higher than last year. Lots are now selling at $140,000 and up, and view lots are well over $200,000 and up to $500,000 and even more.
