This is the 6th time this year that the average price is over $400,000, it is now at $423,488. Listings are up and sales are down for the third month in a row. The market is still strong, but our listings show a steady upward trend even though we are going into the fall and winter period. The strongest part of the market is in the $300 to $400 thousand range.  It comprises 50% of all of the transactions where we are experiencing double offers.
