Due to heavy unexpected snowfall in November the market has weakened by 30%, which is a big drop in sales. Listings are up and sales are down for the fourth month in a row. Our listings show a steady upward trend and our sell-to-inventory ratio is now down to 16.5% from a high of over 30% this past spring. This is the 7th time this year that the average price is over $400,000, it is now at $415,996. We are expecting a decent December and a strong 2007.
